Terms.

Moon Sign Guide is operated by The Imperfect Company. Throughout these terms, “we” and “us” mean Moon Sign Guide / The Imperfect Company; “you” means whoever's using the site or has bought something from it.

Moon poster — $29. A digital art print delivered as a print-ready PDF and a high-resolution PNG. Personalized with your name, your moon sign, the moon phase the night you were born, a literary reading, and a 12-month new-moon forecast. One file, instant download, yours to print however and as often as you like for personal (non-commercial) use.

Chart triptych — $69.Three personalized posters — sun, moon, and rising — in the same format. If you didn't supply a precise birth time, your rising poster waits in the queue until you reply with the minute of birth (rising changes roughly one degree every four minutes; we'd rather hold the poster than print the wrong sign).

Moon Sign Letter — $99/year (or $79 first year via the one-time post-purchase upgrade). Twelve long-form pieces of writing, one delivered on each new moon, written for your moon sign by Eleanor Vance. The subscription auto-renews at $99 annually unless cancelled. The cancel link sits at the bottom of every Letter.

You buy a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to print and display the poster for personal use — your home, a gift, a social share. You may not resell the file, redistribute it, or use it in any commercial product, advertising, or ad-supported derivative work. The writing, layout, and typography are ours; the chart facts (your moon sign, your forecast lines, your name) are descriptions about you and are yours to share.

Letters delivered to your inbox are for your personal reading. Forwarding a single Letter to a friend is fine. Republishing them on a blog or feeding them into an AI training set is not.

We compute your chart from a published astronomical ephemeris using your stated birth date, time, and city. If you don't provide a birth time we use a noon chart, and we flag cases where the result is close enough to a sign boundary that the reading could shift.

Astrology is not science. The Letter and the posters are literary writing built around an astrological frame; they are not forecasts, diagnoses, or advice. Decisions about your health, relationships, money, and life should rest on inputs that are not us.

Posters.Refundable for 30 days, no questions asked. If the poster doesn't feel personal, write to contact@moonsignguide.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund the full amount.

Letter subscriptions. Cancel any time from the link at the bottom of every Letter, or by emailing us. Annual subscribers who cancel mid-year can request a prorated refund of the unread months. The one-click $79 upgrade follows the same policy.

Triptychs. Same as posters — 30 days, full refund.

You confirm that you're at least 18 (or have a parent/guardian's permission), that the information you provide for poster personalization is yours or that you have permission to use it, and that you accept the personal-use license described above.

You will not use Moon Sign Guide's output to harass anyone, commit fraud (including chargeback abuse), or generate commercial / ad-supported derivative works without our written permission.

The Letter is an auto-renewing annual subscription. Your saved card is charged on the same calendar day each year unless you cancel before then. You will receive an emailed reminder at least 7 days before each renewal. If the renewal charge fails, we'll retry per Stripe's standard retry schedule and email you; if it ultimately fails, the subscription pauses and no further Letters are sent.

All prices are in USD. Sales tax, where applicable, is added at checkout per Stripe Tax.

Moon Sign Guide is provided as-is. We do not warrant that the astrological readings are predictive, therapeutic, or actionable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim related to Moon Sign Guide is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $99, whichever is greater.

If we materially change these terms — substantive shifts in pricing, refund policy, license scope, or auto-renewal — we'll email active customers. Otherwise, the “last updated” date at the top of this page is the canonical signal that the terms have moved.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved by writing to contact@moonsignguide.com and talking it through will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
